Who We Are

Fueling Transformative Education and Honoring Legacy

At the Stiles-Nicholson Foundation, we fuel transformative change by investing in people and ideas that drive opportunity and lasting success. Our primary focus centers on four education ideas that matter—Free Enterprise & Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, STEM Education, and Improving Educational Outcomes—equipping the next generation with essential skills to innovate, lead, and thrive. We also extend heartfelt support to veterans, honoring our honorees’ courageous military service. Through these focused pillars, we spark innovation, build resilient communities, and create a brighter, more equitable future for all.

Established in honor of great men.

The Stiles-Nicholson Foundation was formed in 1992 as a private family foundation in memory of William John Stiles (a WW II fallen soldier), and William Nicholson (a German POW survivor), the father and step-father of David John Stiles Nicholson.
